ROBOTGALAXY™ LANDING THIS FALL

Opening Just in Time for the Holidays

New York, August 6, 2007 - This fall, boys will be boys, with the launch of the new retail concept, ROBOTGALAXY™. ROBOTGALAXY is a revolutionary kids' entertainment retail concept, whereby young Explorers assemble, program and activate their own robots from thousands of combinations.  The first store is slated to open in October 2007 in the Palisades Center Mall in West Nyack, NY, with Freehold Raceway Mall in NJ following behind it.  The openings will coincide with the introduction of the ROBOTGALAXY comic book series featuring the adventures of its robot characters.

"Robots and space has captivated the interest of kids and adults alike for over 100 years," says ROBOTGALAXY Founder and Chairman, Oliver Mitchell. Oliver, a father of five, thought of the concept after experiencing first hand the frustration of finding nowhere to take his young son in the mall.  "Boys have been ignored by retail companies for too long, just like girls boys like to play, maybe just a little harder."  To date, boys have been the under-serviced retail customer with entertainment retail having been targeted primarily at girls with Build-A-Bear, Club Libby Lu and American Girl.  Although studies have indicated that boys are more product loyal than girls, few retailers have taken advantage of the large boys market. Mitchell found the perfect partner in friend and retail veteran, Ken Pilot, former President of Gap Brand, and father of three.  The two have assembled a team of industry professionals, including executives from Williams Sonoma, Mattel and Starz Entertainment.

"From my perspective, ROBOTGALAXY appeals to a broad base.  Our product, store experience, online Galaxy, and comic book series will propel us to be a national brand," says Ken Pilot, CEO of ROBOTGALAXY.  The store offers kids the opportunity to choose and customize their favorite characters from The Brotherhood, a squad of advanced robots newly returned from Saturn after a disappearance of almost 60 years, in an exciting environment that is part space station, part lab. Their Galaxy journey through the store begins at The Bridge and takes young Explorers through the  Flight Deck, Lab, and Mission Control, as they personalize their robots by selecting from a range of motorized parts, accessories, decals, rover vehicles, and programmable features including sound, lights, and speech. The journey culminates at the "7th Ring," where the robots are activated by the mysterious dust from the rings of Saturn. Galaxy parts start at $2.50, and completed robots range from $27 to $80, depending on the level of sophistication chosen from an arsenal of capabilities.

The retail concept of ROBOTGALAXY is built on a well-crafted comic book series by award-winning writer, Rob Kurtz.  The story begins shortly after World War II when the world's greatest scientists came together to combine their newfound discoveries of robotics and rocketry to launch a robot into outer space on a confidential government mission.  Shortly after the launch, the scientists loose contact with the robot.  The robot is thought lost forever, until the robot, CJ-531, returns to Earth this fall, with the leaders of the Brotherhood born from the life source of the Universe - the 7th Ring of Saturn.

ROBOTGALAXY is more than a retail experience -- it is a multifaceted brand, rooted in a continuing story line that will capture children's interest. First, a series of comic books starring its robot action figures will introduce young Explorers to the ROBOTGALAXY journey. Then, they can join the growing ROBOTGALAXY FORCE that interacts online at ROBOTGALAXY.COM. During their journey, kids will gain exposure to and knowledge of science, mechanics, robotics, space exploration, computers, and other fields that fascinate them. The retail locations will play host to children's birthday parties, and to make it easier on the adults, e-commerce will be available on the website.
