SHIPPING

ROBOTS are shipped assembled and fully programmed (unless otherwise requested).  A typical order is processed between 24-48 business hours.  Orders placed after 3pm EST time will be added to the Que the next business day.  Shipping depends on the type selected.  FedEx Express delivers the next business day or second business day, depending on your preference.  FedEx Ground takes 3-5 business days after orders have been packed and shipped.  

RETURNS

We accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.  Merchandise must be in saleable condition.  Please send your e-store order with its packing slip back to:
